By using this website or buying services from DataKen / Ken Ansbro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy services.

The services I offer

I offer digital marketing tech setup services, coaching sessions, course recommendations, and access to the DataKenX Inner Circle community. Specific details for each service are on the relevant page of this site.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — written content, design, images, videos, the Starter Checklist, course materials, community content — is owned by me. You may not:

Copy or republish my content
Use my content to train AI models
Resell my services or community access
Share Inner Circle content publicly

You may share links to my public pages freely. You may quote small portions with attribution.

Purchases and payments

When you buy a service, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed through Stripe or my designated payment provider. All prices are in US dollars unless noted.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

Account termination

I reserve the right to refuse service or remove Inner Circle members who violate community guidelines, harass other members, or engage in abusive behavior. Refunds in these cases are at my discretion.

Limitation of liability

I provide services and information in good faith. I'm not liable for your business outcomes, lost revenue, or decisions you make based on my recommendations. See the income disclaimer for details on results expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to this site or my services is limited to the amount you paid me in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where I reside. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court before going to civil court.

Changes

I may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top shows when. Significant changes will be emailed to active members and customers. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
