If you've purchased the Launchpad but the live setup session hasn't happened yet, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Once I've delivered the live tech setup session, the bundle is non-refundable. The reason: the live session is the bulk of the value — I've spent 2-3 hours of my time setting things up specifically for you, and that work can't be undone.
However, if you're genuinely unhappy with how it went, contact me. I'll either schedule a follow-up at no charge to fix what's wrong, or work out something fair on a case-by-case basis. I'm not in the business of taking your money and leaving you frustrated.

If you joined through a course purchase and didn't get the access you were expecting, contact me and I'll fix it — that's an access issue, not a refund issue.
I recommend third-party courses but don't sell them directly. Refunds on those courses are governed by the course creator's own policy — you'd contact them, not me. If I've used an affiliate link, my commission is small and I don't let it influence my honest recommendations.
